By accessing or using MEMEJOB, you fully agree to comply with
these Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the
decentralized Protocol.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using MEMEJOB right
away.
The Protocol's Decentralized Nature
MEMEJOB functions as a decentralized and permissionless system
built on the blockchain, eliminating the need for intermediaries,
central authorities, or custodians.
Users engage directly with the smart contracts that are set up on
the blockchain, and MEMEJOB does not have control or custody over
any user funds, assets, or data.
We do not offer any warranties, guarantees, or assurances
concerning the performance, reliability, or security of MEMEJOB.
Responsibilities of the User
Knowledge Requirements: Before using MEMEJOB, users should
have a solid understanding of blockchain technology, digital
assets, and the risks that come with them.
Compliance with Laws: Users bear full responsibility for
ensuring that they adhere to all relevant local, national, and
international laws and regulations while utilizing MEMEJOB.
Private Key Management: It is the responsibility of users
to ensure the security of their private keys and wallets. The loss
of private keys can lead to a complete and irreversible loss of
access to your assets.
Token Listings and Creation
MEMEJOB enables users to list and trade meme tokens that are
created and managed by the community.
Responsibilities of the Token Creator: Creators of tokens
bear complete responsibility for ensuring that their token
projects are accurate, legal, and transparent. All claims,
representations, or warranties related to tokens must adhere to
the relevant laws in place.
Protocol Disclaimer: MEMEJOB does not support, confirm, or
authenticate the legitimacy of tokens that are listed or created
using its system. It is essential for users to perform their own
due diligence prior to engaging with any token.
Potential Risks
Risks Associated with Volatility:Meme tokens carry a
significant level of speculation and can be quite volatile.
Individuals could face considerable losses.
Smart Contract Risks: MEMEJOB functions through immutable
smart contracts, which could potentially have bugs,
vulnerabilities, or be susceptible to exploits. Users understand
and accept these risks when engaging with the Protocol.
Regulatory Risks: The regulatory environment for blockchain
technology and tokens is unpredictable and subject to change. It
is essential for users to adhere to the relevant regulations.
Charges
MEMEJOB has the right to impose transaction fees, which will be
clearly communicated and automatically deducted when engaging with
the smart contracts.
Fees may change in response to updates in governance or protocol.
Governance
MEMEJOB could be managed by a decentralized autonomous
organization (DAO) or a comparable system, allowing token holders
to suggest and vote on modifications.
Governance decisions hold binding authority, and all users
involved in governance are required to act in good faith for the
benefit of MEMEJOB.
Intellectual Property Rights
It is not allowed to use MEMEJOB’s branding, trademarks, or user
